Increase in China Exports + Decline in Sales in USA and Europe = ?

Stock markets rose when China reported that exports rose significantly. US reports decline in sales (EU has been having problems of its own). What will it mean? Obvious would be unsold stocks, right? Today however, obvious doesn't mean definite! It's a very interesting financial environment we're having...

Wow look at the 35% increase in China's exports! Who are going to buy them?

If europe and US sales are going down, who are the buyers of these increased exports?

The retailers who gambled on selling them may have to hold them longer, or sell them at a big discount. The latter seems to be what's happening in the US now.
